#asktheexpert mam my son age is 8 month now runing I am already eaten him apple,day after day bananaand papaya also,rasam rice so what iam asking curd rice is feed my son good or not plz give me answer? in which time I have to eaten the curd rice to my son plz give me suggestion?

it will be good to offer it in lunch time.
give 2 meals and 1 snack a day and breast feedimg on demand.
