#AskTheExpert mam my kid is 17 month old and he is yet to walk on his own, should I be worried and what should I feed him in order to make him stronger..

Hello dear parent,according to the symptoms please get a proper examination done by your doctor so as to get the appropriate treatment suggestions after clinical evaluation. it is difficult to comment here with incomplete details. only after knowing proper finding regarding thfse clinical signs and symptoms it is possible to advise appropriately.. your examining doctor is the best judge to assess the condition and treat accordingly.take care .

A. Good sources of calcium include: milk, cheese and other dairy foods.green leafy vegetables, such as broccoli, cabbage and okra, but not spinach.soya beans.tofu.plant-based drinks (such as soya drink) with added calcium.nuts.bread and anything made with fortified flour.
