Peas. iron-fortified bread and breakfast cereal. nuts and seeds. dried fruit. wholemeal pasta and bread. legumes — such as mixed beans, baked beans, lentils and chickpeas. dark leafy green vegetables — such as spinach, silver beet and broccoli. also start iron supplement

A. hello give your child iron rich food in the diet and you should include food like broccoli raisin Apple beetroot which are all rich in iron content and also give your child green leafy vegetables fruits and vegetables well in the diet which would be better
