Ma’am See you should continue with calcium and iron supplement till the time you do not go through your delivery and after that also you’ll have to have the supplements for at least 6 to 8 months after delivery it’s very important apart from that you should have good amount of dairy products of course they will help and also you should have good amount of beetroot pomegranate and spinach because there are richest for iron supplement
