#AskTheExpert Mam I am 33 weeks pregnant. Can you suggest some dietry changes and specific things i should be eating now

A. Hello mam , you may go in for small meals at regular intervals as heavy meals could cause acidity as due to the growing foetus the organs gets constricted . Also avoid papaya and pineapple throughout your pregnancy, you may also tend to avoid oily and high spicy foods .. have your regular home cooked foods and just a extra serving of fresh seasonal fruits , dark coloured vegetables, dal , roti or rice.. dry fruits and nuts can be taken .. have enough fluids to keep yourself hydrated
