#AskTheExpert Ma'am my son is two months old, many a times he used to cry even after feeding, he doesn't sleep for hours and cry, we have given him a syrup named colimex 3 drops at a time and we noticed he got relieved. How safe it is for him.

1. tummy time as much as possible. make tummy time fun.
2. apply hing paste mixed with coconut oil to the navel.
3. massage tummy with Castor oil
4. cycling excercise with teh legs helps loosen the tummy
