A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture x will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. x meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.
