#AskTheExpert last two days my baby have fever and he passes stool 2 3 times usually he did only ones in a day. also he don't want to eat anything and he is sleeping for less time

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find ouet the the treatment for further management consult dr.
