Placing a cool damp washcloth on forehead and the back of neck can help fever symptoms feel better Encourage your child to rest and drink plenty of fluids Medication isn’t needed for low grade fever that is below 100 Call the doctor if your child seems unusually irritable or lethargic Feed Them Nourishing Soup fluids
