SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, if baby is passing motion after every feed and the motion is watery and smelly and mucus is there in the motion then it might be infection. Please check with your paediatrician and start with basic medicine. Meanwhile exclusively breastfeed and keep your baby well hydrated. Maintain hygiene.
