A. Hello A balanced diet is required for child's immunity. Make sure to 9nky give home cooked foods. avoid packaged, junk foods . Include proteins in the meals by adding milk. paneer, egg, fish. chicken, pulses, curd Add lot of green vegetables, fruits nuts daily
