#AskTheExpert kid is not putting up weight and didn't take proper sleep at times.

A. Hi dear mom Give three proper meals in a day. Add some of the weight gaining food to ur baby diet like egg ghee chicken paneer curd cheese potato rice avocado ragi banana shake etc for weight. Small babies have Different sleep pattern. They will follow proper sleep pattern as they grow up
