#AskTheExpert ki am 31 weeks pregnant.i have low blood pressure of 100/60 and I have a back pain too.i don't know what to do

A. sre try yo eat and sip fluid frequently so that you can stay in normal BPok. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
