#asktheexpert just wanted to know..can I prepare her breakfast at night then feed her in morning in between I'll place it in refrigerator.

A. How Can you plan to feed or stale breakfast to the child preparing it overnight and giving it to the child is not a good and healthy idea you should always prepared fresh food and then you should be giving it to the child it is not recommended to give morning food in the evening or evening food in the morning to a child it’s un healthy
