Q.

#AskTheExpert It's been 20 months of my delivery, but my tummy had not got flat yet. Is there any specific diet aur exercise routine that i need to follow? And also my energy level is very low since then and iron level seems to be low. please suggest.

A. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam. if you have low hb levels take iron rich food
