Q.

#AskTheExpert It is very painful after feeding. The pain is pulsating and feels like a wound. I have white spots on the nipple ends. This has been there for a month. What should I do?

A. hi mom show it to a doctor dont worry apply coconut oil hydrate yourself well with lukewarm water , dal water, lime juice, coconut water , sauf water for better flow of milk
