#AskTheExpert Is there is any special diet for an autistic child,mu daughter is 3.5 years old,m she is autistic and having very low physical growth,0lease suggest me any diet

Hello mom children with autism showed good results when they were restricted with sugary foods and also gluten free and milk free diet and other processed foods . You can use millets and other grains , fruits and vegetables, dals etc c soya milk , dry fruits and nuts and also keep him well hydrated with fluids
