Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy7 months agoA. Hai good morning !! Home made cerelac is best than packed cerelac.
As packed cerelac might contain sugar,preservatives generally not recommended for infants.
Dry roast grains,cereals any of 3-5 varieties after checking suitability to baby.
Rice,dal(moongdal/chanadal,urad dal,barley,wheat,ragi) wash ,sun dry and grind into fine powder you can also add nuts (cashew,almonds,pista,walnuts) store in air tight container.
Cooking - Boil water add ghee ,cerelac powder stirr well until no lumps formed off the flame when its semi solid consistency ,let it cool and feed baby.
