A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin cxoconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing alzlergy on the skin.
