Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom...it's not good or bad..but I won't recommend any packed food products...as I have never given that to my kido..a well balanced meal is more then enough..avoid packed foods as they are loaded with sugar and preservatives.
