Q.

#asktheexpert is milk good to give in night soon after food and 2-3 times a day for 3-4 year old kids. and what is the age to which we should make our kids leave bottles to consume milk.

A. nt soon after the food maintain a gap as u cn gv the last solids at 7.30 to 8.30 pm dinner then before bed gv a cup or glass of milk .. immediately after meal baby may hv overeating and throw out... take care
