Q.

#asktheexpert Is it Tine if the baby won’t sleep in the morning hours? Hardly 2-3 hours my 1 month old baby sleeps in day time.. will it affect any health state?

A. no it will not affext for making the child sleep you can do the following things you can swaddle the child to make the child comfortable you can sing a song / lullaby you can use a cradle or swing you can go for a car ride with the child keeping the child on your shoulder you can walk briskly you can keep the child in between both the legs and gently swing the legs both sides. sleeping pattern gradually improves with increasing age of the child

A. See all in all if your child is sleeping for about sixteen hours in a day minimum side then that’s good enough sixteen to eighteen hours as considered really very important so even if it is minimum sixteen hours in a day doesn’t matter day or night then that’s good enough
