infact turmeric milk is very healthy and helps in boosting immunity too.
you can also add cardamon and fennel seeds to enhance taste

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Boil a cup of milk with 1 teaspoon of turmeric in it and give it to your child once a day. It will remove mucus and relieve chest congestion, allowing the child to breathe easy.
