Neelam ChinnappaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question as long as you baby can roll over you can go ahead and feed in a sleeping position otherwise it is best avoided if you are having troubles staying up at night to feed your baby I would suggest that you use the Philips Avent breast pump and pump the milk ahead of time and set the side so that you can see your baby in the night
