#AskTheExpert is it safe for the mother to eat peanuts while she is breastfeeding? will it harm the baby?

A. yes, dear mum, it's absolutely safe to eat peanuts while breastfeeding. it does not cause any harm to you or your child. you can also have nuts like almond, walnuts, cashew nuts and dry fruits like dates, raisins.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and you can have peanut in moderate quantity. and if you eat more peanuts then you may have some gastric problem. please have ajwain ark after the every meal. take care
