#asktheexpert is it okay to have lactating powder. . does it really work?? because I am not able to generate enough milk for my baby. .

A. good evening yes you can definitely have powder that is no problem I would recommend you to try having Himalaya shatavri it has to be taken with milk twice in a day to be able to get milk supply
