POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Yes, you can give one boiled to baby everyday. It is rich in proteins, fats and amino acids and also help I gaining weight. But, in summers, it sometimes can cause allergies or heat rashes, therefore if you notice any such sign reduce the quantity to feeding eggs thrice a week.
