#asktheexpert is it ok to make four month old sleep with woolen socks and cap

A. there is no problem and also it is good for the child because it will keep the child warm. the important thing is whatever you are doing should be comfortable for the child and the child should not be readable and should not have any breathing difficulty or allergy

A. Hello ma’am Even if it is a four month old child or a four year or a 40-year-old person you should never wear socks to sleep because it has side-effects. Other than that woollen cap is never recommended for a child to sleep if you want your child to wear a cap it could be cotton cap for short through the day or night but definitely not woollen cap
