#AskTheExpert is it ok to give cerelac to one year... coz my bby is not in taking spices..

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes you can give Cerelac and if baby is not eating spicy food you should avoid much spices in the meals and try to give some home prepared meals as well because after 1 year age you should be giving everything that you cook at home that is less oily less spicy
