ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi yes it's totally okay.. kids sometimes show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and it's normal.. teeth can erupt late maximum upto the age of 15-18 months..

Babies they get whole set of 20 primary teeth by three years of age. So no need to worry. Teeth will come within this time frame. Use toothbrush and paste to clean ur baby teeth. U can buy #Babyhug toothbrush and paste that are fluoride free and chemical free
