A. If you want to you can consult a paediatric dentist it’s completely your call I would just like to tell you a simple thing you are that permanent teeth or much broader then the milk teeth so in this case when the permanent teeth are going to come you will see that they will adjust very well due to the space yet if you want you can consult the doctor to clear your doubtWrite Your Answer Here
