RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am No it is not necessary to remove tonsils if you do not troubling you to an extent that you have to get them removed.. So basically it depends from person to person in the condition to condition but as far as my information goes it is not necessary
