Though it is not a mandatory vaccine but it should be given to every child to protect against different flu infection which is very common every year . this vaccine is given after 6 months of agehi and initially two doses are given one month apart then every year single dose is required .
It is not documtented but still studies suggest that to some extent it may give partial protection against covid infection .

Until then, he or she has his/her mother's immunity to shield them from the pathogens. After six months, parents must get their children vaccinated for flu every year until five years of age.
