#AskTheExpert Is it important to massage the c section scar? I have completed 7 weeks. Can I start massaging my abdomen and the c section scar? Kindly suggest how can I do this.

Hello mam I would advise you to take a go from your kind and colleges if you wish to massage and a C section area as I am not too sure about it whether you can or cannot tell the stitches are completely healed.
