#asktheexpert Is it good to provide a 2 year old baby Stevia as a substitute for normal sugar? Which one is more beneficial for baby's healthy diet regime.

A. Hi parent Though it was recognized as safe for.children it should be used very judiciously and with caution. Please monitor her and her dosage of stevia. Better to opt for. conventional jaggery Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water
