#asktheexpert is it good to give for 1 yr 4 m old both cow milk (in the morning) and formula milk (in the evening)?

Absolutely your choice how do you want to give it after the age of one year you can give any milk to the child and slowly if you want practically you can start quitting on formula milk also so that you can continue with cows milk if your child is able to digest
