A. Buffalo milk is too heavy for a baby's stomach. Cow's milk and buffalo milk should only be introduced once the baby turns one year old. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till the time the baby completes 6 months of age. In case the breast milk production is low, you can start offering formula milk after consulting with your doctor.
