ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist5 years agoA. no avoid it for a long time give adequate drinking water. skip bakery foods. include fruits, veggies in the diet. papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation. still no improvement, consult paediatrician
