here I would suggest some remedies which works well for my child , hope it help you too:
first ,dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
avoid overdressing.
keep your child hydrated.
keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping.
use Nasal saline drops or Babyhug nasal aspiratior to cure blocked nose.
you can also put bowl of chopped onion and garlic pods near your child bed ,the smell is not so pleasant but it surely help to cure this.
