Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you have to first confirm whether the child is having prickly heat it or it is due to some other reason because it can occur due to dryness also and it can occur due to sweating skin if it is sweating skin you can go for powder but if it is dry skin you have to go for moisturising lotion
