Hi See if you’re not suffering with a loose motion issue then I don’t think so there is anything to be worried about because if it is a loose motion or you are losing a lot of weight or anything because of that lose motion issue strength and energy that it is a question of concern otherwise normal motion can be 5 to 6 times also in a day
