A. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children.
But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or meefenamic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful .
Doctor cfonsultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

A. U See the dosages about 10 drops twice a day but yet it seems like you’re not very sure about it so I would advise you to please take an advice from your doctor on this because the doctor would be able to give you a correct assistance on this
