ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. during pregnancy calcium and iron supplement is very necessary so has to give proper nutrition to the mother as well as the babies needs
after delivery it is not very necessary to continue with the Iron and Calcium supplements if you are taking good nutritious diet
