Q.
#asktheexpert if my RT PCR test report shows result as positive CT value 29,than what does it means and how serious is the person.Though I am having no symptoms of any fever,cough etc...please any doctor can help me on this and clarify my doubts...rgds

the positive result shows that you are infected with the virus.
but please don't get panic.
just keep yourself away from your family members .
take healthy and well blanaced diet
take green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits more
keep your body well hydrated
take steam .
drink luke warm water with pinch of salt, turmeric powder and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
