#AskTheExpert if mother consume refined flour (मैदा) food , fast food etc occasionally.. Does it affect breastfeed baby health??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, if a breast feeding mother consumes maida based foods or fast food then there is no impact on breast milk. as a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby.
