Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi you can drink warm water with pinch of salt, Turmeric powder and tiny piece of ginger in it. drink it in few spoons of quantity twice in a day. keep your self well hydrated. take Sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
