Definitely your baby will ,don't worry and make a proper eating routine and also it's good you should also give full routine chart of your baby and also make sure that,the person should follow the whole routine for your baby eating and sleeping routine.

Yes u can continue with ur job if necessary.
It wil be difficult for the baby to adjust in the beginning without you, but it will be totally fine after few days. So no need to worry. Take care and all the best
