Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. it is all same. contains vit d. Breast milk is very necessary for the growing baby specially for the first 6 month of life and should be exclusively. If due to any reason not possible then only top milk should be given to the baby .
