RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. It’s Perfectly fine just clean the nose properly with a towel all by just pressing it a little so it’s fine .. When is very common when you give a bath to the child you know that would be little water goes inside nose ears eyes but all these things are considered completely normal so need not worry about it
