Hair fall is quite common in the babies till the age of 6 months , whatever hair present at the birth will fall off and new hair will grow.
if the baby is having any other symptoms such as pain itchiness patch along with the hairfall then definitely you have to consult the pediatrician.
otherwise do not worry just keep the clean head by using a mild shampoo and also you can massage the head with coconut oil
skin colour is hereditary which cannot be changed with any ointment or oil.
the baby skin colour will be exactly known by six months of age.
is the baby's skin is getting tanned because of exposure to sunlight then definitely you can use a sunscreen.
